Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Setu. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Setu.

The service

Setu offers live online group classes and 1:1 sessions with trainers, plus optional social and health-tracking features. Classes are delivered live over video at scheduled times.

Your account

You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 16 to use Setu.

Health & safety disclaimer

Setu provides fitness and wellness content, not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury. You participate at your own risk and are responsible for exercising within your limits. Any health metrics shown in the app are informational and not a diagnosis.

Payments, plans & cancellations

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• One free trial classis available to new members who don’t have a subscription.
• Drop-in (pay-per-class) pricing may vary by class and how full it is; the price shown at checkout is what you pay.
• Refunds: if you cancel a paid drop-in before the class starts, you receive a full refund. Subscriptions are governed by the platform (App Store / Google Play) billing terms.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Community & content

If you use social features, be respectful. Don’t post content that’s harassing, hateful, infringing, or unlawful. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can report content or block users in the app.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no attempting to break security, scrape data, disrupt classes, impersonate others, or use Setu for anything illegal.

Intellectual property

Setu and its content are owned by us or our trainers and licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app. Class sessions are for your personal use — don’t record or redistribute them without permission.

Termination

You can stop using Setu and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or to protect the service and its users.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Setu is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
